Operation and Maintenance Services
For
Water Plant / Wastewater Plant / Sewer Pump Stations
CITY OF REIDSVILLE, NC
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Reidsville, NC, in the Council Conference Room
located on the first floor at 230 W. Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC 27320, until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2010 for Operations and Maintenance Services of the City of Reidsville’s
water and wastewater plants and sewer pump stations as per the Request for Proposals.
Proposals shall consist of a dual submittal by which the technical and cost proposals are
submitted separately in sealed envelopes. Each proposal must be made on the blank forms
provided in the RFP, must be enclosed in dual sealed envelopes and addressed to Mr. Kevin
Eason, Public Works Department, 230 W. Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC 27320. The name and address of the Contractor must be plainly written on the outside of the
envelope, and the envelope marked plainly with the contract name.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The RFP will be issued only on CD and a copy of RFP disc may be requested from Kevin
Eason, PE, Director of Public Works, via email at keason@ci.reidsville.nc.us. Mailing

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2010 in the Council
Conference Room located on the first floor at 230 W. Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC 27320. All prospective bidders are required to attend this pre-proposal meeting.
